It is important that you live inside an attitude of respect.
Respect for yourself,
respect towards others,
and very importantly, respect for the process and the journey you have undertaken.

You must start with self-respect,
for without that, the others cannot exist.
Every day taking time to look at what you are doing “right”
in life instead of focusing on your mistakes.
When you can feel a sense of pride in yourself,
in not just your accomplishments,
but the person you are in the world,
self-respect , then self-esteem will easily follow.

When you begin to live in this attitude of respect,
you will then look at those around you,
and have a sense of awe and wonder at how “good”
people really are!
Everyone is really starting to show up for each other.
Look in people’s eyes.
They are doing the best they can.
Having respect for another,
no matter where they are in their journey,
is a gift you can give everyday!

Because isn’t that what YOU really want?
Everyone to know you are here, doing the best you can?

Now as you carry this respect for yourself, and those around you,
you begin to realize that you’re all in this together!
This wonderful, tumultuous, fascinating, scary, beautiful,
journey called life!
You are doing everything right!
SO much more than you think.
Have respect,
hold everyone in high regard,
have faith in the process,
honor the journey,
revere mankind,
you all deserve it!
